The standard program includes six sessions, typically spread over two to three months. However, the pace can be adjusted based on your needs and schedule. The goal is for you to be able to continue with your progress all on your own by the end, without the need of a coach anymore.
No! Coaching sessions are available in-person or online via video conferencing, so you can benefit from the program no matter where you’re located.
